These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and earn ph ("earn ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the earn ph online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at earnph.asia and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and use the earn ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by earn ph or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming exclusion registry.
• One Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

earn ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by earn ph may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full features of the earn ph Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify earn ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the Platform.

earn ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. earn ph will never contact you to request your password via any channel.

earn ph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

4.1 Deposits. earn ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Un ionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. earn ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. earn ph reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the earn ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). earn ph does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

4.4 Unclaimed Balances. Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in your account settings. earn ph will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

earn ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free bets expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud.
• Modification and Cancellation: earn ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, earn ph will make reasonable efforts to honor any bets already placed under the promotion terms.

All games available on the earn ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are audited for fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. earn ph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome, or where earn ph suspects fraudulent activity.

6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects a game or bet, earn ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. earn ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the earn ph system records shall be the definitive reference. Players may submit a formal dispute through the earn ph support channel within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earn ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or responsible gaming measure imposed by earn ph or PAGCOR;
• Engaging in any conduct that earn ph reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or earn ph staff.

earn ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, earn ph provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your earn ph account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of earn ph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earn ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

earn ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earn ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude earn ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

earn ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

earn ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and earn ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

earn ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, earn ph will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through earn ph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

earn ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by earn ph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
