• Transaction and Financial Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.

If earn ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with earn ph's verification procedures.
